CLIENT: Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence (OAESV)

ASK: OAESV needed a learning management system to host its online 40-hour Advocacy Training and support annual cohorts of learners. They also required a single sign on integration with their Coalition Manager system to simplify access and improve the learner’s experience. 

SERVICES PROVIDED:

LMS Implementation and Branding: 

REdCon set up and configured an LMS for OAESV and applied their branding so the training feels familiar and easy to navigate. We created the course structure for the advocacy training using content supplied by the OAESV training team, including videos, quizzes, discussion boards, and supplemental materials. Learners who complete all requirements receive a custom certificate of completion. 


Systems Integration and Ongoing Support: 

REdCon collaborated with the Edwiser LMS and Coalition Manager development teams to implement a single sign on solution, allowing learners to access the LMS directly through Coalition Manager. We continue to provide ongoing course maintenance, content updates, and development of additional courses as part of a yearly hosting and support agreement. 

RESULTS: OAESV now delivers its advocacy training through a branded, centralized learning platform that supports annual cohorts of learners. The single sign on integration streamlined access and cut down on login issues and support requests. The solution provides a stable platform that supports each new cohort and makes updates straightforward.
